| Rule's are extremely important. Breaking a rule will result in a warning. Failing to note the warning may end in a ban.
Section 1
1.a Posting
Try not to use simple answers when replying to someone's thread. Ex. "lol," "thanks." Try to give a longer more responsive answer.
1.b Flaming
Do not flame other people. If you insult members you shall receive a warning. Also if new members come they don't want to be part of a site where everyone is fighting all the time. If you are caught flaming another member a warning then a ban.
1.c SEARCH
We advise you to search before you post a new thread. You never know the question you may ask has already been asked in another thread.
1.d Bump
Do not bump an old thread. If the thread is a tutorial you can bump it, other than that, no bumping.

Section 3
3.a Mini Modding: We do not need mini mods. Want to mini mod? Well report the topic or post. Doing so will help us alot catch the rule breaker's.
3.b Racism: We do not allow this. Our community does not judge by race or looks, but your actions on here. Any kind of racism will get you a 4 day suspension.
3.c Flaming: How much I hate this. Our staff will not tolerate this. Be the mature one. Report the user.
3.d Fighting with other members: If you disagree with a member just drop it. Don't start a big fight for something small. Be mature.
3.e Flaming a Staff member: Flaming is not tolerated, flaming a staff member will result in a severe warning or ban.
3.f Swearing: Some swearing is allowed, severe words are not tolerated. (f***, s***, ect;)
3.g Posting warez in public: There's a section for this. Please post it where it belongs
3.h Posting in the wrong section: Please make sure to post the topic in the most reasonable section. Dont post about Black ops in the general discussion section.
3.i Constant Spamming: If your trying to get top poster, please don't spam. Just post like a normal person. We don't mind you being really active. Just post good content.
3.j Advertisements/Referrals: This is not allowed what so ever without Admin permission.
3.k Gold membership refunds: There are no refunds what so ever. All the gold members who buy here at EM are not refundable.
Section 4
Market Place Rules
4.a Proof: You must have proof. Without proof no one will buy! So if you wish to have your topic open please post picture's ect. Therefore your shop goes well.
4.b Scammers: Scammer's will be added to group "Scammer".They will receive a badge saying "scammer".We (EM) are not responsible if you still go to them!If they are reported multiple times for trying to scam after we give them the scammer badge,we will then IP and CPU ban them.
Staff Restriction's
5.a Closing a topic of a higher rank: If your a staff member never close a topic of an admin or founder. Doing so will might piss off the admin ect. Please be sure what your closing is reasonable.
5.b Member warnning: The member has 0 warnning point's when they join, when you warn a member there is a number of the amount of point's regarding there rule which they broke. For an example if they break rule 3.c they will warned with 1 point.

Getting 5 report's about you. Such as members reporting you when a staff does not catach you.
