For those of you who are wondering why you got promoted/demoted, well here it is. A few reasons are due to the abundance amount of staff (we had 15+ staff). Also another reason is totally up Admins to tell. They have discretion and ability to whether disclose your demotion/promotion or tell you.
As for the people who got promoted. CONGRATS! You have most likely shown incredibly remarkable activity and helpfulness on the site. For those of you that do this, I thank you.
